The client must agree with the terms and conditions of the company before placing the order.
  1. All orders must be placed through the company’s website or by contacting customer support.

  2. Payment must be received in full before work on the resume begins.

  3. The client must provide all relevant information and materials while filling out the questionnaire, including work history, education, and skills, to be included in the resume.

  4. The company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided by the client.

  5. The time period of crafting and submitting the project will start after the submission of the questionnaire and other supportive files.

  6. The client will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the initial draft of the resume. The revisions will be made as per the client’s concerns and requirements. Any major revisions requested by the client may result in an additional fee.

  7. The company can’t guarantee that your resume will land you a job, but we can guarantee that we will provide you with a high-quality, professional resume that will help you stand out in your job search and get the interview calls for the desired positions. The selection depends on the resume and the interview.

  8. The client agrees to keep the resume and any information provided confidential and not share it with any third parties.

  9. The company reserves the right to use any completed resume as a sample in its portfolio or marketing materials, ensuring the client’s confidentiality (name, contact number, personal details) is not visible.

  10. We are a team of field experts and certified professionals who strive to provide the best possible products, and the services we offer leave no room for dissatisfaction, but if the client still has doubts about any of the drafts, we offer unlimited revisions. With all our efforts we will make sure to meet your requirements during the revision process and you will not be eligible for a refund during the revision process. We do not offer full refunds under any circumstances, but we do offer partial refunds of up to 35% if the writer has not started working on your draft, the project is not completed, or the company has not delivered the final product(s). Refunds are not possible on digital products as every draft is a work of art and is unique in nature, which cannot be used for any other client.

  11. There are multiple factors that rely on securing the job other than the resume, including client interviews, personal mistakes, and other unpredictable circumstances. While we give in our best to help clients secure a job by creating outstanding resumes, we cannot guarantee a job. We offer discounts to our returning clients for any additional revisions in the future, including adding job descriptions, modifying job summaries, and tailoring drafts according to the new job hunt.
